  • Can I leave bags before check-in and after check-out?
    You can leave your luggage at the hotel until the room is ready. After checking out, we store your luggage for the rest of the day.
  • Can you pick me up at the airport?
    Yes, we have an added cost service that you can pick up and drop off at the airport, you just have to communicate in the reservation that you want to use the service.
  • What happens to the forgotten objects at the Hotel?
    After the cleaning department collect the forgotten objects, they are stored for a certain period. The reception contacts the guests who have been in the room or as soon as the guest complains about the forgotten object, we can return by mail to the guest.
  • What external services can you book at the hotel?
    • Private Driver • Rent a car (Rent-a-Car) • Group Tours (Historic area of Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, …) • Private Tours • Buses (Yellowbus, …) • Bus / Boat (Hippotrip) • Zoo / Oceanarium Among other services, ask at reception for more information.
  • Transfer from the Airport to the Hotel by public transport?
    If you opt for public transport you have several options but we recommend Aerobus (7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.) or Metro (6:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.) because it is less complicated and is practically on our doorstep Aerobus : At the Airport use the Aerobus Nº1 exit at Rossio Stop Nº12 will pay 4 € per person, children from 4 to 10 pay 2 €, babies from 1 to 3 is free. Metro : Enter the Red Line at the Airport and change lines on the Alameda of the Red Line go to Green Line get off at the station Baixa-Chiado and get off the metro by Rua da Prata . If you make a mistake, exit at São Sebastião (end of Red Line) and change from Red Line to Blue Line and exit at Baixa-Chiado . You will pay a reusable card with a validity of 1 year of 0.50 € and carry the card with trips worth 1,45 € (each) that last 1 hour after you can use for Carris buses within that time, otherwise you will have to use another ticket. Babies up to 3 years old are free to use Carris / Metro services.
  • Accessibility for disabled people?
    All our buildings are built with elevator and shower, but we have a Studio and a Pombalino adapted for people with reduced mobility.
  • Cleaning Service?
    We have a daily cleaning staff, we greatly appreciate a good cleanliness and the well being of our guests.
  • Parking for private car?
    There is no park at our hotel, but in the vicinity there are car parks but you have to pay a daily / hourly rate. Prices depending on hour and minutes. The closest to us are the following: & bull; Baixa-Chiado Parking : First time: 2.25 € (Possible to have a daily card with unlimited entry and exit) For more information contact Empark. & bull; Park of Figueira Square : 08:00 to 20:00: 2H = 4.60 €. + 1H = 2.10 € 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: 2H = 2.50 €. + 1H = 1.20 € & bull; Parking Restorers : First time: 2.50 € These prices may vary, for more information contact the reception.
  • What is the access by public transport to the beach?
    You can use the train at Cais de Sodré and walk along the Cascais line or if you want waters further south, go to Costa da Caparica. See reception for more information.
  • Do you have a restaurant?
    Yes, our restaurant NAVEGA has a full service breakfast, restaurant, bar and daily live concerts. To know more information visit the Restaurant page in our navigation menu.
  • What does each room have equipped?
    It has utilities such as electronic key, safe, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and a private toilet with shower equipped with hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, cosmetics. These are the utilities common to all rooms, if it is a higher category room will have extra utilities, such as more than one WC. We do not have robes and slippers. All rooms are non-smoking.
  • What is the capacity of each room?
    Studio: 2 people (double bed or twin bed - upon request and availability) Family: 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds) Pombalino: 4 people (2 double bed) Pombalino Superior: 6 people (3 double beds) *It's possible to add a sofa bed in some rooms for an extra price, for more information please ask the reception.
  • If I am staying, can a family member / friend join later?"
    Yes, but adding one or more people will depend on the maximum capacity of the booked apartment. Please check the reception to see if there is a possibility and value added, as well as if you want to add breakfast to the person(s).
  • Which rooms with balcony?
    We have some Studios, Pombalinos and Pombalinos Superior with balcony (French), but other room categories may have balcony.
  • How big are your beds?
    Grand King Bed: 180 x 200 King Bed: 160 x 200 Double Bed: 140 x 200 Single bed: 90 x 200 Some rooms vary in size due to the size of the room. If you want a specific size, please inform the reservation that we will try to meet your desire.
  • I have a baby
    A baby cot can be pklaced in your room free of charge (upon request and availability). Due to the size of the apartments, this service is available for all categories except the Studio.
  • Do the rooms have lots of light?
    Yes, from natural light during the day to artificial lighting at night.
  • Can you smoke in the Hotel?
    No. Please respect and do not smoke inside our facilities. A fine of 500 Euros will be charged if you smoke in the room.
  • Check-in / Check-out
    Our check-in starts at 3 PM and our reception is open 24 hours a day. If your arrival time is after 00:00, please let us know.
